Here is a 3d model of a house in the country. Through these renders, the owner was able to visualize renovations, experiment with different landscaping options and communicate design decisions more effectively than architectural drawings could.
The modeling was done in 3D Studio Max, the lighting was done in VRay and the texturing was done in Adobe Photoshop.
Included are some work in progress screenshots and original blueprints.
