The importance of life drawing to an animator is one of the points that our instructors at Sheridan College heavily emphasized. Not only were we encouraged to draw from models atleast three hours per day, we had to have a
thorough understanding of human anatomy. This included the study of the skeletal system, muscular system and how the two worked together to create motion.
Included are life drawings, quick gestures and a self-portrait.
